Since installing a new graphics card,...GEForce 8800gt...there is a whine coming from the tower.

Have checked all fans,case, CPU, GPU. still whines.

Not all that loud but annoying.

CPU Q6600 QUAD
4GB RAM

Ultimate 32 bit
