Dear Cari,

I'm sure you meant to be helpful, but, alas, without specific directions, I can't find "forums/newsgroups for Word,' which you say I need to access for assistance. I've been helped through reading various forums and threads, but didn't find this particular problem addressed. I'm beginning to think I need to have educational pre-requisites, and a basic knowledge of Vista when asking for assistance here, or a kind-hearted Newbie specialist to help me take baby steps.
