If your symptoms have any relation to the OP's
(It's not clear to me that they do) then you should reply

Otherwise, you could add your Me too! comment
as a reply to the OP, (e.g. offering only commiseration
or collaboration and not expecting help for your problem)
or (preferably) post your own question with your own details
under a more specific Subject as a separate discussion.
