I see other threads with either a hang or slow boot after crcdisk.sys
so I'd recommend google and check your system logs.

See if you can find a boot log or how to turn boot logging on and see what
it says.

edit: btw I see a lot of references to Western Digital drives and slow booting.
One guy had WD external USB and the boot returned to normal after unplugging
before bootup. Don't know what you have for hardware but if you have external
stuff that's easy to unplug you might one at a time it and trial and error the thing
if nothing shows up in the logs. Also noticed Process Monitor freeware can do a boot log.
