Vista ult 32 bit, Win 7 Pro 32 bit, Win 7 Pro 64 bit

Case fan OK
CPU fan OK
GPU fan OK
Disconnected each drive in turn OK
Replaced PSU with 700w.
Replaced GPU with previous one, it still whines, looking like MOBO.
