Re: Vista laptop can see XP desktop but not connect
Yes I have made sure both are in the same workgroup, I have added the patch to XP to make the computer visible on the vista network map, switched off IPv6 on the vista laptop. I have made sure that Norton on the vista sees the XP computer and trusts it. I have even switched off firewalls on both pcs to no effect. Any other advice would be gratefully received? Its really frustrating me now |
