We're likely to need more details to offer much help. For example, if
you get any error messages when trying to open attachments or links,
right click on then, then copy the entire error messages into your
next message.
For now, click on Tools, then Options, then Read. If there is a
checkmark in the box before Read all messages in plain text, click
on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.
