Do you have any other devices such as a USB thumb drive or external hard drive that you could try to see that would work. I know with cell phones you need to find the correct drivers for them which sometimes can be hard to find depending on the phone. As far as the Ipod goes, same thing make sure you have the proper software. It will charge it due to USB 2.0 being a powered port but might not read how to read it properly. Also, do you have SP1 installed? |
