Well, I got my issue fixed!!!!
I went to Dell's website. I downloaded whatever drivers sounded like they had something to do with Bluetooth, and now it works!!!!!!
There is only one small difference, though not a big deal. - Obviously, any ideas to fix it are welcome.
Before I upgraded I would activate Bluetooth by first turning on wireless (Fn+F2), and then the Bluetooth icon would appear in the system tray in a dull color.
I would then right-click the icon, and click turn-on Bluetooth, which would activate Bluetooth and make the icon a bright blue and white.
I could then deactivate Bluetooth (without turning off wireless) by right-clicking the icon, clicking turn-off, and it would deactivate, even though my wireless was still on.
Now after the upgrade, the Bluetooth is completely in sync with my wireless. If I turn on wireless, Bluetooth goes on. And there is no option to right-click the icon to turn it off. The only way to turn it off is by completely turning off my wireless.
This is not a big issue at all. I'm happy it's working. Though I wish it would work exactly as before.
