Hi Luckypolo,

you said you were accessing you server using HTTP try make sure that. your I E security settings permit you to access the web site. also check to see on your IP address setting whether your DNS is correct. also check in control panel under user accounts to see if the Manage Passwords whether there are any passwords already stored if so delete them and try.
