Thanks for the reply! I know Microsoft and Conexant are really not responsible, I'm just frustrated regarding this issue. The thing is, I had this problem a while back, and rolled back the driver and got it to work again. Since SP1 was installed, there is no driver edition that will solve the problem. The worse part is, it expired from warranty right before SP1 installed, so I can't make a warranty claim now. I guess I may just be permanently out of luck on this issue. But you can be sure I will never purchase HP again in light of how long this has been an issue and the consistent poor service that this has recieved from HP. |
