When I try to delete or move a file the green status bar in the windows explorer window keeps moving but the window freezes. I have to go into my task manager to get rid of it. Also, when I rename a file the window freezes.
My computer is a little over a year old and I think this problem started the day my Spy Sweeper subscription (that came with my computer) ran out. Although, that's probably just a coincidence?
I've already tried google and read
this post but it doesn't seem to be a right-click problem since I use the delete key to delete files and drag and drop files to move them.
I've also already tried the
