TMA,

Be sure and examine both tabs of Disk Cleanup (run Disk Cleanup as
Administrator to see both tabs and if you are confident in your most recent
system restore, then choose the button to delete Restore Points).

A good approach is to download and use on a regular basis CCLEANER for
Piriform.

CCleaner is probably the most widely-used and popular utility.

Also, you should very seriously consider an additional hard disk and putting
as much as you can there because, if already you are running short of disk
space, then you are headed towards a wall.
