If you remove the pop3 accounts in WLM prior to add-remove(uninstall), then *no*.
For insurance...it is wise to export(to an external drive, usb thumb drive, different partition/folder, etc) your accounts,
messages and contacts prior to uninstalling.
- accounts export to an iaf file
- contacts export to a csv file
- messages(use WLM File/Export/Messages and export all to a blank folder[required]
Unlike pop3 accounts, Windows Live ID accounts(those capable of Hotmail web ui access) retain messages and folders.
