Well, you see, this is the problem. Believe it or not, NVidia doesn't actually
MAKE video cards. So, just saying what chipset is involved doesn't necessarily answer all the relevant questions.
They do make motherboards, but just knowing who sold your computer doesn't tell us whose motherboard was used to make the machine. Check here
to see how to access your System Information . Look at the "System Model" this is usually the motherboard ID. Or take a picture and upload the whole thing.
