Wow you have a lot of things coming at startup. You can safely take them all out except the operating system, your firewall, Windows Defender and your antivirus ( I guess this is the Symantec stuff ). Then check your startup time - you might be surprised.

You can create shortcuts for your applications either in the quick launch bar ( to access them quickly ) OR on your desktop OR in your start menu ( click start > customise and you can change the number of recent programs to display to 0 - you will have a nice big space to put shortcuts in).

Programs you don't need that often don't need a separate shortcut created as they can be accessed from start >all programs. Try not to have several shortcuts for each program, as they all have to be loaded at startup too.

Things like acrobat reader should spring into action when you open a pdf document, it doesn't need to be started already. If you need Microsoft Word and Office and Quickbook etc. to be up and running , then add them back in, but I think you will prefer to start them as and when you need them.
