It is not a network configuration issue. This is a Citrix access gateway
client issue. Uninstalling the CAG client does NOT fix this issue. The
only way to fix it is to install the latest CAG client on Citrix's web
site.

I have been running without any network issues for two weeks since I
have load the new CAG client.
