How long has it been happening?
Did you install anything just prior to this starting?
Maybe a driver or Windows update?
Do you have a system restore point at a time before the problem started?
I would suspect a 1) driver issue or 2) a hardware issue.
Without knowing what hardware/software you are running, it's tough to guess.
