Hello Mike,
I’ve found out that this problem has been reported to us already from HP. These executables are designed to check for Microsoft’s Bitlocker, so if you don’t have Bitlocker installed you shouldn’t see any impact on your system. An web update is being worked on w/ HP, so look for a new web update to be posted in the next month or two on HP’s website for the fix for this.
