Do i need to add this script in here?

I have created the HTA and the TXT file and when i load the hta i get
" & sOTF & "'>" & sOTF & vbCrLf End If Next '* sOPT = sOPT & " in the
first drop-down menu....
My System SpecsSystem Spec
