Mina,

It look like your account was originally named Test and changed to the name you have in User Accounts, but this will still show as Test in the C:\Users\Test location for that account.

To fix all of this, you will need to create a new administrator account and delete all the others afterwards from within the new account. While deleting the old account, select the Keep Files option to place the contents of the old account user folder in a folder on the desktop of the new account so you can copy them back over.
