I'm afraid I've tried that already once Shawn.
I have created an account called "test" as an admin and when I looked at the path of the new account it was C:\Users\Test_2 making me believe that it's just incrementing the "test" name when I create multiple accounts.

I think you're completely right, when they re-installed the operating system on it, the original name for the new owner of the operating system is test and I'm stuck with that.

Do you know if there is an easier fix through the registry keys?


I was really intrigued to check up on the registry to see if there is an easy way to fix it and sure enough the registered owner is called "test", I'm going to put in my name and restart and I'll let you know if the path has changed or not.
