Hotmail has had a 100-messages-a-day limit for at least five years.
On top of that, some of their servers start new customers off with a
10-a-day limit until they have established a reputation for not
spamming. There are also limits on the number of addressees a
message can have, probably 50 for an established customer. The
answer is to divide your contacts list up into 25-addresses chunks,
and send two or three 'new address' notifications a day until
everyone's had one.
