Because of Vista64 compatibility issues (darn it) with much of my software, I need to install Vista32.

Triple booot is no problem, I did it on two drives, a 500gig split in two, and Premium32 and Ultimate 32, on it.

The 320gig split by 200 + 120, the 200 had Ultimate 64 on it, the 120 was used for storage.

You need to get your software up to date, dump the crap.
