Hi Bob,
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I was out of town the past four days.
The problem is with Word 2007 on Vista.
When I go to print properties, there is a drop down "What do you want to
do?" If I select "Two-Sided Duplex Printing", I have three options for Print
Quality: Draft, Fast Normal and Normal. The text prints okay under Normal,
but is blown away too large under Draft and Fast Normal.
If I select "General Everyday Printing", which does not let me do Duplex
printing, all four options for Print Quality: Draft, Fast Normal, Normal and
Best, print okay.
Best is not available when I select "Two-Sided Duplex Printing," and yet I
can print best with duplex printing from XP.
Gawd I hate these new Vista Properties dialogs. The old XP dialogs were
simple and straight forward!
Thanks for your assistance and interest in my problems, Bob.
