xguntherc Vista Ultimate x64 1,210 posts	Re: SpeedStep Guide: Great idea for this thread. When Overclocking it is usually suggested to Disable Intel's Speedstep, or C1E. I have it Disabled 24/7 Same thing Goes for AMD's Cool n Quiet Technology. Disable it.
