I don't know where that info would be found in Flashget, it's a download manager and I wouldn't expect it to be great for torrent usage (although it has the capability). In utorrent there are "seed" and "peer" columns to show how many are available and how many your are connected to.
But in order for your PC to see the torrents and the other way around and you are behind a router/hardware firewall then you have to forward ports to get connected.

...and then you need to configure uTorrent to work the best for your situation.
