I have it set at 1.6v in the bios but it doesn't want to go any higher than 1.544v and when I set it higher it turns the temp setting red, so I think that it's telling no more but the reason I have that High is because I was experiencing crashes during game play on cod4 before I set it to that. those temps don't seem too bad ...but that is serious voltage!!
if i were you i would drop it to 3ghz & pull the vcore down slightly
the loss of 200mhz would be minimal performance wise
but the extra power to hold that 200mhz stable is pretty big
my own chip sails past 3ghz with only a slight bump over 1.3v
but to hold 3.2ghz i have to push 1.485v in the bios
