OEM's don't let you play with their bioses. They lock them for good reason. Your parts are different from the same parts bought retail. OEM's (original equipment manufacturer) make their own parts and write their own bioses, so if, for example, you bought an OEM laptop with an "Asus" motherboard, it would not use the same bios that's available at asus.com for those who bought that same model Asus motherboard at newegg.

Secondly, it's not at all a good idea to overclock a laptop. They have enough problems with heat as it is. You'd only end up wrecking your gear.
