Its all good fun, anyway could anybody tell me a good CPU to Overclock when I decide to upgrade I thinking maybe a E8400 or E8500 I have heard that some people have had the clocks above 4Ghz.
P.S. This CPU is going to be the upgrade for my partners computer, she only has a 3Ghz Intel Celeron 346. LOL

these chips are great clockers!! 4ghz is the standard for most ....i have seen one cooled by LN2 @ 6.7ghz

don't bother with the 8500 ...the 8400 will do those speeds with ease ...
if budget is an issue the XEON E3110 is worth a look this is the server version of the 8400
personally im not too fond of 45nm chips ...i myself am quite ''gun ho'' & these chips leave little room for error
