Re: VISTA WINDOWS MAIL ERROR MESSAGE

This query has two topics:

1) OK. I have uninstalled Norton Symantec. I have turned on Windows
Firewall. Do I have to install anything for "malware" from Norton?

2) I don't know if this new problem is related to that, but now, when I try
to get online with my Internet Explorer, a message tells me that I'm working
OFFLINE. I go to Tools and uncheck the Offline box and try again. But I
can't connect to the Internet. The same messsage about working offline comes
up again.

What do I need to do to solve this problem?
