I also have Vista 64bit and I got a Wired Xbox 260 controller for PC from Circuit City and I just did a plug and play.. I did not need any software for that thing at all. So not sure why your having that problem. are you sure it's a 360 controller. cuz regular xbox controllers are another story. but 360 ones should work Instantly.. Vista has Pre-installed drivers for them. |
