To get your messages into a web user interface (like Yahoo) or Comcast...
You could create a GMail account, import the messages into Gmail with IMAP and Windows Mail (
Easy Way to Import, Upload, Backup or Store Email Messages into Gmail for Archive » My Digital Life)
and then use the Add an External Mail Account feature of Yahoo or Comcast to download the messages from Gmail.
Or you could just use Gmail. It does rock.
