SpyBot S&D DOES NOT have an advertising bot. This is probably what you are referring to:
This refers to other programs and NOT S&D.
I also have no experience of 'Antispyware', but you should be aware that some of this kind of program are rogues, many of which use genuine-sounding names.
I use Windows Defender, SpyBot S&D and Ad-Aware from LavaSoft. I periodically run these and have had no conflicts between them. However, I strongly advise against running more than one of these at a time - you are far better waiting until one program has finished scanning and you have closed it down BEFORE using one of the others. Since Windows Defender is included with Vista and you have already got SpyBot S&D, here is the link to Ad-Aware
