That the EULA's language exists at all is what's troubling, at least to me. With a EULA like that, why bother spying? At least according to that EULA, all data input to anything Google belongs to Google to do with as they see fit. Isn't that the gist of their language?
Do you know if this generic EULA is included with Gmail?
