Windows Mail can't do that.
The only Microsoft email program that can sync a calendar is
Outlook (not free). The next version of Windows Live Mail (WLM)
is rumored to have an integrated calendar. Even the current
version of WLM can keep contacts between multiple computers
synchronized, and if you have an IMAP or Hotmail account it
will also sync emails for those.
