to get your cd out 1st turn off the power
there will be a small pin hole in the front below the tray
Insert a small pin inside and push firmly and you will see the drive open slightly
now pull the draw open and remove your cd....
now back to the shop and lie threw your teeth
don't tell them you been inside just tell them it never opened from day 1
