WinHlp32.exe
OK!
So I have a NON-MS app that contains a help file.
It will not run because MS (in their infinite wisdom)
decided to exclude WinHlp32.exe from Vista home premium.
But, also, in their infinite compassion, then included
a link to Windows Genuine (dis)Advantage. I have
downloaded WGA four four four four times! And still I
do not get winHlp32.exe.
I am humbly asking for any suggestions.
I cannot say enough about MicroSoft's wonderful product.
