Sorry to bother with this old subjecty bu unfortunately I was not able to solve it in spite of the suggestions read in the site.
I'm no longer able to update since the end of August and now also office gives error messages for lack of updates.
I tried using command and then sfc /scannow as well as going to command and then "net stop WuAuServ" that was rejected by the computer asnot allowed even if I'm the administrator on my pc.
