Read first, then post. This has been answered numerous times.
1) Create a New Folder on your desktop
2) Drag the folder to an edge--it becomes a Toolbar
3) Right click it {Toolbars}--choose from the list or choose New Toolbar--it
will be added
4) Close the New Folder Toolbar--the one you added remains.
5) Set your options as desired.
