Re: vista ultimate problem

Hello t3a, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Did you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, then logged off to stop the program from running?

That is about a normal time for hibernation. It takes the computer a moment to save everything to the hibernation file on the hard drive (to restore later) before entering hibernation. You may also notice a slight delay before your computer resumes from hibernation to.

It will look like it shutdown while in hibernation, but it should wake up if you move or click the mouse, or press a key on the keyboard.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
