I think we're victims of the different etiquettes used for posting on the newsgroups and the Forums, I'm an ex newsgroup poster, from way back, now using the Vista Forums exclusively for posting, and so I will, when I remember
, quote when replying to a post from a newsgroup. As the norm in Forum Posts is to not quote because the forum does this automatically, people replying from the forums will not quote.
Unless the link between the forum and the Microsoft communities can be made to automatically format replies correctly we will have to put up with the differences.
Hope this explains a little and I can assure you that SIW2 can talk and chew gum and probably juggle at the same time, it's just He/She Is used to and complying to a different etiquette to the usegroup one.
