Hi Jacob,

There is currently an active project in the community called
"PoshCode" that you will want to keep an eye on. Currently, anyone
can submit and retrieve scripts to the site, but we are working on
extending that functionality to include features such as revision
control, searching, authentication, and of course cmdlets to interface
with the site.
