After the download is complete use your antivirus software and scan the files you have downloaded to check and see if they are infected. You need to type in 192.168.2.1 into your browser and the router info will come up then you need to goto applications and games or virutal servers the add utorrent then the port that your using into the area where its says port the add the last number or numbers of your computers ip address then check the enable then apply. For windows firewall goto control panel/ windows firewall/ the click on change settings then goto exceptions then click on add port then put utorrent in the name then port number your using and do that 2x 1 for tcp the other for udp click ok. Opening the port will make you connectable to other people downloading the same files as you and make your speed faster. |
