POP3 email is not designed for access from multiple places (IMAP is). By
default, it is deleted from the server after downloading.
You can set your email program to leave the messages on the server after
downloading, but they need to be deleted eventually, when the server inbox
fills up.

In Windows Mail
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after [xx] days

You only need to set one computer to remove after [xx] days.
