Click on your Start button at the bottom left of your screen. When you do that, you will not see your recent usage of the cmd.exe. RIGHT CLICK your mouse on that and you will see it allows you to select to run it as Administrator. do it that way. then cut and paste in Flavious Instructions. Not sure it will help you, but certainly better than using the restore if you do not need too. You sound a bit different than I, the only Browser I did not try and load was apple's safari, but IE, FF even Flock which I found as an add here did not work. What blew my mind was not only did AOL Paid software work, but their desktop, that anyone can download worked. I thought it stole all its real needs like most do off the kernel/files from IE.
