The key you received is only for Ultimate Edition. All editions are on the
one DVD, it is the product key that determines which edition will be
installed when you enter it during install. If during the install, you
elect not to type in the product key, then you get the choice of which
edition to install.
You could try a telephone activation, I have heard that some people have
been able to get a key for the edition that they installed by so doing.
Or you could try the Home Basic for 14 days, then do a fresh install, using
your key during install, which will give you Ultimate Edition.
