Do the other 4 users see an error message when they poll for mail?
Are they separate Vista user accounts, or child accounts of the main
account, in the user account?
Do you have the setting to leave 'a copy of messages on the server. selected
@ tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab?
On all accounts.
The first account to poll for messages will clear the server, if not.
