I would leave the
Virtual Memory Paging file set as the default
System managed. Vista does a great job of managing this.
I did notice something strange in your System Information image. It says you have 8 GB of installed physical memory, yet it says you only have 4 GB of total physical memory. These should be the same. Are you running Virtual PC?
