As a not very knowledgeable poster, I have hesitated responding previously
but am now putting in this piece of info. in the hope that it will assist in
solving your problem.
Two of my friends have recently had exactly the same difficulty. E-mails
could be received but could not be despatched.
They both have the same ISP and after trying every possibility were finally
allocated a secure connection on their server using a different port.
Suggest you take it up with your own ISP to see if they can do the same for
you.
Let us know if you do get success in this regard..
